How to contact support
Contact support
If you're logged into Klaviyo, you can contact support through Composer in-app chat or by visiting klaviyo.com/support.
Chat support is moving to Composer, while klaviyo.com/support remains available for support options including email support.
If you are locked out of your account or have an invoice inquiry, please submit a ticket through our request form.
Support is moving to Composer
Composer is becoming the primary in-app chat experience for Klaviyo support. The standalone Support button, Support AI modal, and related chat widget are being sunset for chat support on July 31.
During the transition, some accounts may still see both the standalone Support experience and Composer. If both are available, start new chat support questions in Composer. If you already started a chat in the standalone Support experience, continue the conversation there.
klaviyo.com/support is not going away. Use klaviyo.com/support to view support options and submit an async email support ticket.
Support for free vs. paid plans
We offer email and chat support to customers on all paid plans. Chat support is moving to Composer in-app chat.
Customers on free plans have access to a 60-day trial of email support, along with a variety of other resources including the Help Center, Academy, Klaviyo Community, and interactive live trainings.

Frequently asked questions
Is klaviyo.com/support going away?
No. You can still use klaviyo.com/support to view support options and submit an async email support ticket.
Is Composer replacing email support?
No. Composer is the new in-app chat support experience. Email support remains available through klaviyo.com/support for eligible customers.
Will contacting Support use my Composer Credits?
No. Contacting Klaviyo Support in Composer does not use Composer Credits.
Why do I still see the standalone Support button?
During the transition, some accounts may still see the standalone Support experience. The standalone Support button will be sunset on July 31. If Composer is available, start new chat support questions there.
What happens when I select Try Composer?
Composer opens and starts a new conversation for your support question. If you opened Composer from the standalone Support experience, the Support modal closes before Composer opens.
Can I still use in-app search to find Support?
Yes. Selecting the Support result in in-app search opens Composer so you can ask your support question there.
What if I already started a chat in the standalone Support experience?
Continue that chat where you started it. Start new chat support questions in Composer once it is available in your account.
How do I reach a human support specialist?
Ask your question in Composer. If your issue requires additional help and your plan is eligible for chat support, you may be connected with a support specialist.
What if I can't access chat?
Some ad-blocking software or browser add-ons may prevent chat options from appearing. Try disabling any ad blockers or browser add-ons, then refresh Klaviyo.
If the problem persists, go to klaviyo.com/support to submit an email support ticket.
Unable to log into your Klaviyo account?
If you have been locked out or are unable to log into your Klaviyo account, submit a ticket through our account access request form. From there, a member of our support team will assist in retrieving your access.
